Betjily Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing Betjily or using its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Betjily and the user.

Betjily is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving Bangladesh and select other countries worldwide. The following basic requirements must be met in order to use the platform:

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country or region.
• You may only hold one account registered in your own name.

Betjily reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes via your registered email address, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on Betjily. Registering with false information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.

The following information will be required during registration:

• Active mobile number & email address
• Current Address
• Preferred Payment Methods

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Betjily may request a copy of your ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of your payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until this process is completed.

Betjily supports a range of local and international payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) or an equivalent currency.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000 per day (may vary by payment method)
• Deposits are generally instant — some methods may take up to 15 minutes
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing is typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal
• Large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000) may require additional verification
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit

Betjily offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer applies to eligible account holders only.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously (unless otherwise stated)
• Bonus validity: typically 7–30 days (refer to individual bonus details)

Wagering Requirements:

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager that amount a specified number of times. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

• Reload Bonus: 25x Wagering
• Free Spin Winnings: 20x Wagering
• Cashback Bonus: 10x Wagering

All games on Betjily are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors. Using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, every game outcome is completely random and unpredictable.

• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated — RNG certification guarantees this
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Betjily will provide an appropriate resolution
• In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed in a game and the actual outcome, the server record shall be considered final.
• If suspicious gaming patterns are detected, Betjily may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betjily platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Transactions involving money laundering or the use of illegal funds
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activity
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Demeaning or harassing other players

Betjily takes your personal data seriously. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, any information collected is used solely for providing services, ensuring security, and meeting legal obligations.

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.

• All communications are secured via SSL/TLS protocol

Betjily reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• If suspicious or illegal financial activity is detected
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the user's own request (Responsible Gaming)

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned after verification. However, bonus balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a rule violation.

Betjily is an entertainment service. Betjily is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming. All players are advised to play within their means.

Betjily cannot be held responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account by someone other than yourself

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may request account closure.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, all remaining clauses shall continue in full effect. All disputes will be resolved through international arbitration.
